Nerve pain,sudden fall and muscle loss
My father is suffering from severe nerve problem with muscle loss,if he is alert he can walk and stand but he if is not conscious he fells down (2years back)he faced issue with right leg but it's fine now.he is facing same problem with the left leg but this time he is having severe buttock pain when sitting and calf muscle became thin(muscle loss).MRI done for brain..sugar is under control..Dr prescribed  pain killers and gabapantein and physiotherapy.. I'm unable to understand what's the problem.. attaching the MRI report..is there any underlying issue..plz suggest
