Brain and Spine Problems

My dad has been diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 44. It's been 5 years since been diagnosed with Parkinson's. His hand Tremors a lot. His medication wears off on no time,his leg is stiff while walking taking slow steps,What can I do to help him, are there any advanced surgeries for Parkinson's?

Sir. My father walking movement slow,he takes small steps.he donot stand and sit without support.his left hand 3fingers not work properly, Sir I meet doctor ,he wrote Parkinson's desese He proscribed syndopa plus,Treminil 2,and curofol cD3. Sir I ate medicine my father only two days Sir his some movement improve But main problem ,he started made like speak We stopped medicine. Sir please give me good advice Sir I am waiting your answer

Various veins in the left leg, it is increasing slowly,is it serious when we don't treat. is there any treatment in Homeo, Ayurveda, allopathic please suggest. Thank you

Hi I feel pulling of nerve from my scapula till Lower jaw! I remember in my age 12 while playing game kabbadi my friend pulled my hands very hardly since then is the problem but currently i feel more pain! I cannot lie straightly on floor as I feel pain as my scapula came out. Could you please advise what shoukd i do further

Sir/Mam I have had mild covid with lost of taste and smell in last week of April and on 21may i have noticed that i have double vision problem( vertical double vision) existing with either eye closed. I have consulted with a lot of eye doctor and they all have said you do not have any problem in your eyes. And then i have visited to a neurologist where he suggested for brain+pns mri. Pns mri showed nothing whie brain mri shows partially empty sella. He said that its a structural defect and he is 99% sure double vision is not due to this than i again consulted with different neurologist he also said you do not have any problem with in your brain. Now its been 3 month since i noticed double vision and i dont know what to do now. Please give me suggestion and help.

Hi Doctor, I'd like to understand what kind of specialist I should be consulting for my Mother who has had Thyroid and spondilysis for almost a decade by now and recently been said she has high BP too. Recently almost for an year now she's facing sudden blackouts resulting to fainting. Post consulting general physician have been getting contradicting answers and course of treatment is prolonging too much. Please assist me with which specialist should I be consulting for her.

My father has been hallucinating a lot since yesterday. He fell a few days ago. The orthopaedic prescribed some medicines after which his hallucinations have increased tremendously. Could it be because of some medicine or some internal condition?

Is there a treatment for restless leg syndrome, i am unable to sleep with it as it triggers every night around 10:30 and keeps me awake until midnight. I have tried pregabalin as it initially started with back issues and was found to be having b12 and d3 deficiency's. Have tried Ayurvedic gives some but nothing permanent.
