I have heavy headache and weakness in mine body Mine all reports are normal Dr prescribed me Duvanta 20 what is that use of this tablet please help me out

Can low ferritin level cause dizziness and loss of balance while walking. MY FERRITIN Level is 7.1 ng/ml. However b12 & d seems in normal range I am feeling unequilibrium in body, as if body is floating or walking on a pillow

I have too many symptoms i.e. anxiety, overthinking, sometimes shortness of breath, poor balance, can't stand on legs too long( if i try to do so headache and balance problem starts with tremors), body disbalance, sometimes headache, too much burping etc. Also whole day googling symptoms.
