Brain and Spine Problems

My brother had fits in the past and last time he got was 5 years back but still he is continuing medication. Should he stop taking this medication one or two days after getting covid vaccination or can he continue?

V Shaped swelling in forehead above eyebrows with pulsating pain in swelling area and side of the head above ears with discomfort in eyes. Not sure whether it is Migraine or Trigeminal or occipital Neuralgia. Don't have any symptoms of sinusitis like cold or running nose etc. Please suggest type of test or your suggestions based on symptoms.

I had nerve problem which started 10 years ago. The pain is from my spine, (neck).ehich passes to the shoulder and tge whole right hand. I was asked not to lift any kind of weight more than 1kg in my right to avoid further pain. For the past 5,6 years i didn't have any problem. As i was careful not to give any kind of stress to that hand at all. Now, after my delivery, i am lifting my baby often, which caused the pain to return. From my shoulder the swelling is there, upto my fingers. Shoulder, joint, bicep part, wrist and the fingers are swollen in pain. Day to day tge pain is increasing. Not able to do much with that hand now. Due to corona, unable to cisit the hospital also, as i have an infant home, we are afraid to visit the hospital.

I have recovered from covid 20days ago. And i got vertigo 10days back and used stugeron 25mg and sibelium 5mg. Course completed but still.facing same issue.. my MRV scan is done. And everything is normal. How to revover from vertigo or is it common aftrr covid.

I am having discomfort sometimes pain in my right side back head from 7 days. Pain starts in the morning . I feel discomfort in my ears than in neck and shoulder and in my right hand. Due to lockdown I couldn't find any Doctors near me. I went to medical shop they suggested me mytop 150 and some painkillers. Can I take it. Please help.

My mom is having recurrent severe pain and tingling in the arm. It pins and needles. It's not constant but occurs in intervals. It wasn't happening since 2 years but it has started again suddenly. She had the same problem in the year of 2015. But it got better upon diagnosis and with time.

I bumped my head against an object 10 days back and I have a headache in the region where my head hit for past 10 days . It keeps varying in intensity. Sometimes mild sometimes little severe.
