Vaccination while on amitriptyline
Hello,I have been on pregabalin 75 and amitriptyline 10 mg since 9 months I have scheduled for vaccination tommorow but I am concerned about that is it okay to take vaccination shot while on these two meds is their any possibility of any kind of reaction with this I have scheduled for covaxine shot first dose is it okay while ont hese two meds -pregabid-75/amitriptyline 10 mg

No apparent reason for not having vaccination. Pregablin and amitriptyline does not modulate immune system. And you have no allergy to it since you are on them for so long.
