Hello doctor .. M very stressed because of my severe hairfall...this hairfall collection is of 3 days.. Please help me please M very scared doctor...why am i facing this much hairfall and body pain back pain and feel feverish

Does postural hypotension makes you die early? I feel dizzy when i stand up suddenly from sleeping postion for a long time watching mobile. Head feels like something rushing and dizzy. But my blood pressure normal. Once i measured standing it was 124/87. I have cervical spondolitis and loss of cervical lordosis. Can it be due to that. Severe pain in back of neck and sides. Dear Sir Madam, Am 38 Years Male Having Thyriod from 8 years , TSH is 8.4 Taking 100 mcg Tablet , No BP or Sugar , It's Been 4 months I suffering from Eye Pain & Uncomfortable in Face , I have the Sensation , No Pain , No Vison Problems , I have Eye Sight , Consulted Eye Dr They Did Couple of Test & Confirmed No Problem with Eye Asked to Consult Neurologist , Consulted Nurologist He Asked to do MRI Brain & Face (PNS) .The Report Says I have Trigenial Nuerology .But Nuero Dr Confirmed It's Nueropathy As I don't have pain . Hello Doctor. I am having severe pain in my muscles and extreme fatigue whenever I do work or run on the steps or exhaust myself... The reason : I did glycolic acid peel 80% to my hands first one year back... That time I got burnt or black marks the first time I did... Then to cover that black marks I continued to use the body peals with glycolic acid several times to hands legs and other parts... Everything looks fine on the outer skin now but due to those many peals my body started to ache slowly I felt pain in the areas I applied the peel (pain from inside not on skin) then that pain gradually started to move through all the body parts. I'm suffering from sharp sudden pains, dizzy feeling at nights and fee extremely fatigue. I can't even able to lift my hand for a second.      Is acid absorbed through my muscles and nerves?     What should I do in this case please kindly help me

Whenever i lay for some time and then suddenly stand up i feel dizzy in my head and loss of balance and lighthead for few seconds. Heaviness behind the head also. My pressure heart brain everything normal. Had ct scan done of brain when i started feeling pulling behind head and heaviness in head and neck.
