I have headache and facial pain one side weakness and i have done mine ct scan reports and all everything is normal i feel that i can be stroke or something related things please help me out dr

Normally in young person stroke is rare. But even headache and weakness of face too is not normal too. You need evaluation if this is not becoming normal. Try relaxation exercises like deep breathing. Follow a simple routine with early to bed and proper sleep.
