Brain and Spine Problems

For few days my brother's back head is feeling heavy. It is not paining or anything but feeling heavy. We are unable to say what is happening. Can anyone help me to identify what it is and what should we do.

While waking up in morning I had  right side ear pain n left leg pain n also had symptoms of insomnia n headaches is it due to cervical problems how can I cure this problem

I am feeling left leg pain below knee and left hamd pain below elbow. pain is not consistent but occuring occasionally.sometimes  i feel tingling also in left hand and leg . diabetes bp tsh all normal . mostly i feel it just after a little position changing. i also feel pain sometimes in back of neck just below head and also in mid scalp.. i am feeling it from last 3 month can it be due to some nerve blockage??? or any other issue. what is possible cause of this pain and tingling why its occurring only in left leg and hand. please help me with the issue.
