Hello Doctor, while ordering medicine ropinirole for RLS, there are two variants of it,one is normal like other medicines and another one is with XR/SR . Which one should i go for RLS initial treatment?

Hi my wife is diabetic and on tab ajaduo. She got her covishield first dose 15 days back. Yesterday suddenly she felt her left hand and legs has become numb and not able to control. Her body shot up to 170/110 though shd is not hypertensive. Visited Emergency and doctor has given tan nurokind and tab talvas. Ecg normal. Today she is better and numbness is gone and bp is 130/70. But she is feeling breathless and vomiting sensation. Is it due to vaccine after effect what needs to be done further. Currently no neurologist appointment avaibale.Thanks

Azygous ACA noted (variant anatomy). I fainted one day while urinating and went for tests of all reports were normal. CT Angio was done after in CT scan it showed Left ICA appear hyperdense and doctors asked me to get this done to rule out anything. Please confirm if this report is normal.

Dear Sir/madam I am very disturb due to memory lost, this problem happened in child hood also. My memory is also weak from a long time ago but after recovery of corona I am suffering weaker( memory lost) than before. I suffer stomache ( gas & constipation) problem always but now it's ok. Please advice what should I do?

My mother aged 58 is complaining of headache and ear nerve pulling from 2 weeks and she suffers from cervical spondylosis from many years and even with stiff neck.sometimes when she twists her neck she gets mild dizziness and ear nerve pain with sometimes half headache.from a week only drowsy but no sleep.is this all related to nerve problems and even mind is not in concentration always.what should be done next and what could be the reason for it.

Hello, after getting treated for typhoid in April 2021 I'm having severe Right sided headache which sometimes extends to right upper jaw.. intensity keeps on fluctuating, sometimes also feels dizzy & blank. I'm also experiencing eye irritation, burning & feeling of sand in eyes, develops light sensitivity too. Consulted several Opthalmologist who told me to consult a Neurophysician. Plz help.
