Hello Doctor, does environmental reason trigger tension type headache as well ? I get these almost at time when sun sets in, its weird but it is what i have noticed. Its kind of depressed feeling when it happens. Any alternative to treat this other then anti depressant meds.?

Environmental stressors can be a cause of tension headache. If you have noticed these headache come at when you are depressed and away from natural sources of light. Try light therapy as that will help your seasonal depression and raise your mood. As you don't wish to take medication.
