Brain and Spine Problems

I had Ear pain,Fullness,Eye pain and facial pain,& Vertigo First I visited a ENT doctor,After two course of Medication,I was ordered for a CT Brain & Result was Normal,I Suspected TMJD,Went to My Dentist,Got all My 4 Wisdom Tooths as they had changed position and creating congestion,He Confirmed TMJD and Gave an anterior deprogrammer splint as the initial step,all the Symptoms are getting better except neck pain & Sounds from neck,and the Vertigo issue,I also get pain in the right side base of the skull,Iam Suspecting Cervical Instability,Should i go to a ortho or Neuro ? Is it Curable?

My mother aged 55 is a home maker. She has been experiencing severe back stiffness and backache for the past 5-6 months. Her inability to turn over in bed from a particular lying position has drastically been affected. It gets extremely difficult for her to turn around in bed once she has lied down in any position. Also it takes her nearly 5-10 minutes to get up from bed. If she wakes up from bed within 30 mins of lying in bed the backache gets severe for the entire day. Could you please kindly direct me to the correct diagnosis and possible treatments that I should be looking at.  Which doctor shall I be referring to a neurologist/ orthopedic/ rheumatologist. Kindly guide me in this regard. P.S. : She is diagnosed with Gallstone of 8mm for the past 1 year (earlier it was 12mm and it has reduced in size when last diagnosed). She does not have any other co-morbidities.

From last 15days I m suffering from right side headache and eyebrow pain and also neck pain...untested my eye..its -.25 ..after the use of glass no change in headache pain..I used migraine medicine also 5days but no changr change.. I have thyroid 8.04...what should I do??

She got very high fever on 9 June then we need to hospitalize her doctor did mri ct scan they told see got outer sweeling in her brain Sometimes she is absolutely fine But sometimes she stop talking eating responding to anything which we ask and again get back normal in 4 5 days she is on complete bed rest from 7-8 month because she got operated on her thi because of bone break due to fall in bathroom

Nerve pain in upper body. Nerve pain in jaw, in head, in chest, in back, in arms, in face, etc. Neck stiffness, gas problem, belching so much, anxiety. When anxious, nerve pain worsen. Sugar normal, bp normal, thyroid normal.

Sometimes once or twice a month i feel extreme drowsy during the say. 1-2 hours after i wake up. It's like i will fall asleep while walking. Is it some disorder or do i have any other disease. I am healthy in general. And my tsh was 4.2 and sugar fasting was 80 earlier when i measured. I read on the interned about disease and get anxiety

Hello sir one week back street dog scratched or bited my left leg  i dont know perfectly but pain and the light  redness have coming to my notice but there is no biting nor blood come from that place so finally i feared and gone to govt hospital and told that dog bited me and they were not seeing of dog bite that doctor writing the complete antirabies vaccine schedule and again i goes to that doctor told that madam dog has just scratched me and not any wound or blood or biting marks no madam can i not take  antirabies vaccine  then she said if dog just scratched you also you take antirabies vaccine . my antirabies vaccine schedule is that 30 july and 2 aug and 6 aug and 13 aug and 28 aug problem of mine is actually is i have completed my covishield 1 st dose 3 months back .now my second dose pending on 1 aug  .can i take my covieshield second dose inbetween my antirabies vaccine schedule can i delay my covishield vaccine ?
