Brain and Spine Problems

Since post natal normal delivery nov 2020, i am suffering from Severe nerve pain in right leg that originates from hip n goes till foot. Right leg numbness and tingling sensation has started. the pain is restricting and limiting my normal day to day movements. I am lactating my 7 month baby. Got lumbar MRI, report attached. Please advice treatment.

I was suffering from c3-c4 disc bulge, I was taking medication and it gives me sufficient pain relief, I consult a physiotherapist and he advised me traction of the neck, so I apply traction force on neck with the help of a person but he applied excess tension force on my neck one to two time, my weight is 80kg, the tension force on my neck is so strong that i get moved from one place to another, the force is applied slowly not abruptly, it results in slight vertigo and nausea but only for first'day, now I am suffering from neck pain and pain at the base of the skull near craniovertebral junction, all the neck movement like flexion , extension, rotation and lateral bending are pain free without any neurological compromise, should I have to done craniovertebral junction mri, I am very afraid of c1-c2 instability or ligament damage, please advise me and also tell me how much tension force craniovertebral junction and cervical spine can withstand safely without any damage, please advise

I have heavy headache in right side forehead and ear ,cheeks ,neck and shoulder  and I feel current shocking in my nerves sometime left side also pain past 2 years .what kind of headache this???if any possible to problem in brain??

My mother age is 48..she is feeling dizzines and jerk...her bp is normal.. But when she does work and lie down feel dizzi, nausea and get anxious also.. Why..?If we want to consult to whom we can consult.. A neurologist or physician.. Normally she has high bp problem mostly and hey fever..

I am computer professional and this work from home since covid sucks .. i cant sleep properly in the nights .if I sleep for 30 min in the afternoon then i cant sleep during whole night . My usual sleep time is about 12.30 TO 1AM but used to get sleep by 2 to 3 am sometimes 4 or 5 Am ..I also feel restless legs and my back before sleep Please suggest something so that i can sleep easily

A boy wantedly jumped from 1 storey house, his legs are not functioning. Is there any treatments available around the world Doctor's we consulted gave no hope. Please provide us insights about neurological impacts and ways n means to function his legs back. Suggest us a well .known neurologist

I have rightside headache and rightside hand with shoulder pain .I consulted Nuro doctor he said it's one of migraine ..my doubt is can I put vaccination???

I get frequent headaches like 2 headaches a week, they stay for a day and does not get healed, pain happens usually in middle of forehead, I often take paracetamol or naxdom tablets but they don't help, even relaxation or sleep does not help, I am seeing this headache issue for a long time like 5-6 yrs or maybe more... My father met with an accident 9 months ago and sustained brachial plexus injury...now his left hand is not functioning but finger movements are there in left hand..he is currently doing physiotherapy..is surgery needed for brachial plexus injury since my father is 69 years old??..I surfed in net about nerve Grafting and nerve transfer surgery..but my father's age is 69 years..will he be fit for the nerve surgery?? Will there be a better prognosis in surgery in this oldage?Also my father is having severe pain in left hand..will the pain go away over time??pls pls help me...I have attached the report..

Hello doctor, When i get tensed or cry badly then suddenly heavy breath with mouth starts and it last for 5-10 min , it slowly calms down. Durinf heavy breath my hands nerves , legs nerves pulls closer into fist. Even my mouth gets pulled closer. My hand open fingers closes (gets pulled) into fist. Even after breathing stops, my hands, legs and mouth feels like shivering sensation. I have this problem from previously before 8 years but during that time my hands and legs nerves were not pulled only heavy breathing used to be there. But from 1 year i am facing this issue with nerves . It almost feels like fits but it is not . I happens mostly when i am under stress or when i cry badly or if i eat too spicy and gasping with mouth then automatically it starts. Can someone tell me what could be the issue and what exactly this disease name is and how to approach.
