Brain and Spine Problems

A boy slipped from one story building. Before he fell on the ground, he was landed on tree branches up side down. We feel that his neck would have been the first point of impact. Attaching the MRI report. Please suggest how would be the recovery time and risks involved. As of now(after few medications) he is only able to speak and able to move his two hands(but no control over fingers). He can sense some pain in legs if we pinch, but he can't feel exact point of impact.

I was having some problem with sinus for which ent doctor gave me flowmist spray. Afte using this spray I started feeling some movement all over head and face and below chins and neck. It's like some liquid is coming out of head skull and I feel it's flowing between skull and skin going downwards to all face, neck and slowly below chin. It's been years and I have seen so many doctors but no relief. Can anyone please help me. Thank you.

It's been 15 days whenever I wakeup I've a strong headache for few hours and during the day too I get strong headaches and it's very unbearable.

Suddenly My mom having dizziness with vomiting  from last 6 month.now it will increasing frequently and also feeling gas, indigestion, acidity from last 6 month. I  attached MRI of brain.plz suggest what it is ?

After her eye operation she has regular pain in palm fingers and foot also swelling. It is painfull when she pick heavy things. She ate many medication and blood test but haven't got relief with this pain.

My father has burning foot (front half part foot paw including toe fingers) , he feels like keeping foot on fire when rested on floor. And skin got delicate . He is not diabetic and blood reports are normal. Can advice what type of doctor to be consulted or any othrr advice for treating this .

My mither is suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia. What is the treatment for the same ? How long it will take to get rid of this problem?

Can anyone help me with my problem? From past 1 year I am not being able to store anything in my memory for a longer period and day by day it's becoming weaker. Like what I did they before yesterday I don't remember properly and can't recall it quickly and if I talk to anyone for a longer time the very next moment I forget and hardly few things gets stored in my memory.
