Brain and Spine Problems

I had an anxiety over an year approx. By God will it's reducing, but it's effects is left. Like chest pain, headaches, electric shocks in head, feeling of going into unconscious for few seconds, vision problem, tremors in hands arms, fatigue, etc. Any advice is appreciated.

I have migraine and its common that almost after every few days my head pains so severely. Since last night it is just paining , i have not taken any medicine till yet Please suggest me some good medicines for this headache i am very much fed up with this pain. Please suggest .

My wife having normal headache whole day. She take sleep up to 6 hrs but after that see feel heavy head and headache.

दीदी की पहली शादी मेरे relative ने करायी थी 2014 में जहां वो परिवार शादी के बाद असलियत पता चली और फिर दीदी वहा से हमेशा के लिए हमारे घर वापस आ गयी और उनका तलाक हो गया है. काफ़ी दिनों से घर मे रहने से उनकी mental helth पे असर पड़ा और अभी 2 दिनों से दीदी मे schizophrenia की symptom दिख रही है. मै आपसे सुझाव चाहता हूँ कि उन्हे किस डॉक्टर से मिलना चाहिए.?

5 yrs back i had my first panic attack due to anixety so i was on szetalo 10 mg , i continued using it for 5 yrs till april 2021 and then i started having withdrawal symptoms then in may 2021 i started having other health issues ( burning sensation in hand and feets ) very Low B12 and i started feeling the anxiety and so i visited doc and he gave pexep 10 mg post taking it my anxiety increased and i couldnt sleep properly and started hving more panic attacks so after taking it for 5 days i stopped it and now 15 days have passed i hv not taken it , anxiety is there but less panic attacks but i dont feel good Should i go back to taking szetalo as i had used it for 5 yrs and my symptoms were in control and i was living happy , i dont know what to do , please suggest

I had epileptic attack one year ago but after that it never happened. can I have moderate use of alcohol?

My son is experiencing shivering like effect two to three times a day. We did EEG and report said ' 'record shows background activity of 4-6 hz 90-100 uv. Intermittent generalised burst of discharge seen with spikes. Interictal graph of generalised seizure' Kindly help

My husband has lump inside body near stomach hands , down to chest nd back . There is no pain when it get touched . When we touch it moves and also grows little compared to last year

I had a L2 burst fracture 03 years ago and had a L2 Laminectomy with L1-L3 pedicular screw fixation.  Please suggest me some best exercises for back pain and strength and nerve irritation in left thigh. Can I play non contact sports. Right now I am doing all the activities except heavy lifting and running.
