Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling continuous pressure in areas around my nose and sometimes forehead since last 4 months done.I have got the CT scan done with no sinusitis indication. I also suffer from hyperhidrosis and used to do iontophoresis and so was in regular contact with current. Can this current usage could be the reason for my suffering? Or it is something else? Please help.

My baby has cerebellar hypoplasia (PCH) in MRI BRAIN REPORT and kya sir theek ho jata h ye. Pls reply sir.

Migraine since 25 years. Had been taking Topamax  (daily) and summinat(in case of attack). Had to take summinat 26 times a month. Recently started taking propranolol(40 mg -LA) and flunarizine(10 mg) .Migraine  attack stopped but having severe side effects like dizziness and sleepiness ,numbing of hands and feet due to this and other etc. Tried reducing dose of propranolol to 20 mg and getting headaches again. Can someone guide /prescribe me what to take? I would not be able to consult in private due to some issue so it is a request to please answer here.

I went for a ride which is quad jeep so I fell from that...my kid was sitting behind me and I don't know when I fell I was unconscious...after that I didn't remember anything...my husband took me to a doctor nearby and he has told that I was v scared and due to fear it happened ..and has given me medicines -antibiotic, painkiller and one for sleep at night...I kept on asking how it happened and how I fell ...I was crying ..I was feeling v low ...as I m fond of doing adventure activities and sports ...I was worried that I would not be able to do it again ...I don't know how that evening went ...I took medicines ...had dinner ...and slept .at 2:30 am I woke up started recovering and saw my pics of the journey and travel and started remembering everything and got fine the next day completely ...there is pain on right side of my body -scalp , thigh ,hands and legs...but still I didn't remember that accident ...how that happened...could someone help please

नमस्कार सर कुछ महीनों से मैं महसूस कर रहा हूं कि जब भी मैं अपना बाया पैर को मोर्ता हूं तो एक भारीपन सा महसूस होता है और सीधा करने पर काफी तकलीफ होती है मेरा इतिहास में किसी प्रकार का कोई भी एक्सीडेंट नहीं हुआ है यह समस्या सिर्फ मेरे बाएं पैर के साथ है साथ ही साथ मेरे कमर मैं भी दर्द सा महसूस होता है अगर ज्यादा देर एक जगह पर खड़ा रहूंगा तो ऐसा लगता है कि कमर मैं ताकत ही नहीं मिल रहा है दर्द के मारे यह भी समस्या कुछ महीनों से शुरू हुआ है मेरा उम्र 30 साल है और मेरा कद 5 फुट 9 इंच और मेरा वजन लगभग 78 किलोग्राम होगा वैसे एक चीज और बताना चाहूंगा चलने फिरने में उसने बैठे में किसी प्रकार का कोई दर्द नहीं होता है मैं अच्छा से चल फिर लेता हूं पर समस्या सिर्फ एक ही है अगर मैं दोनों पैर फोल्ड करके कहीं बैठता हूं तो बाया पैर को सीधा करने में बहुत तकलीफ होती है और ज्यादा देर खड़ा होने पर कमर में दर्द स्टार्ट हो जाता है कृपया मुझे क्या हो रहा है इसकी जानकारी दें और इसका सही उपाय बताएं और मेडिसिन दे धन्यवाद

Hello team Post covid i am facing issues like tingling and numbness. I have been prescribed gabapin 100 and I have multivitamins. I am taking gabapin twice a day since one month. I am feeling good now. Can i stop taking the medicine from now? Along with gabapin i am also taking inderal la 20.mg in morning.

Migraine since 23 years. Tried every medication,not working. Someone told me regarding an  botox injection for migraine. Can someone guide me about it here. It's effectiveness,exact name and is it useful and other details. Can someone guide /prescribe me what to take? My wife has been suffering from vertigo on a daily basis with mild/severe headache time to time. She is 36 years, hiuse-wife, mother of our beautiful daughter & over weight suffering from Low BP as well. Her reports are normal but post recent viral she is suffering from too frequent sessions of vertigo & Headaches. Has also been vaccinated with the 1st dose of Covishield. Need help to get rid of Vertigo along with headaches. Pleas help.

65 yr, male pt, wt 73 kg ,ht 5.4, not a diabetic and hypertensive , smoker since 35 yrs complaining pain in right hand since 7 days . No burning sensation. Completed first dose of Covisheld 12 days back to left arm. Then got fever and muscle pain used paracetamol for 2 days, and got releieved. C/o pain in right hand since 7 days , increasing during night, unable to sleep bcoz of that pain. So using Aceclofenac tablet  at night . C/o pain through out the day , increase in severity during night. Doing all movements, no history of trauma. Kindly give suggestions about this case and what to do next.
