Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, is it true that melatonin aggravates rls symptoms ??? I usually take 3 mg every alternative day for sleep issues but then i don't want to make my rls symptoms bad.

My wife is facing pain in the left part of her head, in the left ear and eye from last 1.5 years. The pain is occurring 3-4 times every week and the pain is not so chronic or light, it is medium pain.

I have liitle ringing sensation in both the years. But what worries me more is there is an unforeseen solid bump on top left back side of the skull. It is causing a little pain while I press it. And there is neck pain associated with headache on the left side. It is felt like muscles are compressed sometimes or loosely held sometimes at these spots. It gets better for sometime after a hot shower. I am kind of getting these headaches persistently which lasts for 2 weeks approx and relaxes for few days. Any suggestions whether it is associated with some serious problem.

First got low fever and cold but not runing nose after I got electric shock feeling on head back side above the neck It's been 2weeks suffering with headache mostly on left side and tingling sensation on head. What's the problem and whom I should consult??

Pain which originates from centre of forehead to centre of head towards upwards and feeling of inflamed nerves in head .

A day before exam I can't sleep properly due to this problem I am not able to perform well in exam and could not clear any exam till now I am preparing for competitive exams since 2017 my exam require proper sleep and mental keeness it is aptitude test mathematics caluclation and logical reasoning require proper rest so please prescribe me best medicine which can't slow my speed in exam and not create headache problem  I can sleep properly a day before exam and perform well in exam and it is my last attempt please suggest best advice it's all about my last 4_5 year efforts I wanna capitalise my hard work completely

Hi I am having blurred vision and mild purple nails.i feel like I am going to faint Full body blood test report is normal Ferritin level is 22 Echocardiography report is normal Abdomen report is also normal Apart from this , I feel neck pain that goes to back of head and post nasal drip problem also Why it is happening?
