Brain and Spine Problems

Can low ferritin level cause dizziness and loss of balance while walking. MY FERRITIN Level is 7.1 ng/ml. However b12 & d seems in normal range I am feeling unequilibrium in body, as if body is floating or walking on a pillow

I have too many symptoms i.e. anxiety, overthinking, sometimes shortness of breath, poor balance, can't stand on legs too long( if i try to do so headache and balance problem starts with tremors), body disbalance, sometimes headache, too much burping etc. Also whole day googling symptoms.

My brother Sarowar age 24 is suffering from meningioma. We are concern about his surgery. There are a lot of people who only care about money so they don't clear his problem to us properly and don't even clear that after surgery what will happen to him. So if you say something about his problem we will thankful to you whole life.

My age is 26, i had covid 3 mnths back , these days im feeling very lathergenic as well of theres bit condition with in between the work not to focus that easily in other words cloudig ? So is there any post covid affect such in real ? Before 8 months l had brain Hamreje (left side small cloting) but now l am going saloly in peraliscis side. My left hand & Right legs not working & maximum time vibrant.

I have a pain in head from last 1yr. More pain is on the back side of the head. Especially at morning when I wake this pain will be atleast for 2hrs. Also there is itching on my head especially back side. Please help
