Brain and Spine Problems

Dear sir I have a headache on back side when i sleep i feel very worst but I have done mine reports and all Are normal please helps me out sir

I sometimes feel sad without any reason have to study lot of things I decide that tomorrow onwards I will study but dont and I went to a wedding and felt lost sad without any reason.

I am unable to write anything since march 2021 as I could not hold the pen properly.. I consulted to many doc. But  it doesn't work at all. Govt. Hospital doc. Said that it's writer cramp and gave medicine ( carni Q and aceclofenec) but it doesn't work at all. My handwriting is worst now. Being a student m so disturbed. Plz help me out. Both hands weakness at night and legs itching sensation on knees and ankles after sitting for long and  doing exercise in evening. B12 400 FBS 80 HbA1c 5.5 Feeling tiredness during evening time. Covid recovered 5 weeks.

I have a headache and weakness in left leg from last 2 3 weeks but i have done some reports mri brain amd ct scan and all are nromla ..

Hi, can someone please help me understand what treatment should be done by looking at the attached reports. The attached reports pertain to my uncle who is currently admitted to a hospital. He is getting treated for, Acute non hemorrhagic infracts. He is having high blood pressure and he is a diabetic patient.

My mom had right side  paralysis after accident. After physiotherapy now she can walk with stick but hand movement not done.. what treatment given to her now.. here some recent report of last mri and when accident was done at 2019. . She will recover or not fully.

When turning head  while sleeping feels heavy drizzyness or like fainting..What will be the problem?

One of my friend suffering from headache and dizziness last few days...he went to doctor to check his BP...his BP is 170/110... Doctor prescribed medicine and advise him to do a CT scan...today he done his CT scan... report says he has blood clot in Brain...i enclosed the report of the CT scan...can you please tell me is it cause of concern...his age is 35...
