Brain and Spine Problems

My hands are shaking all the timeMale, 19My hands are shaking all the time. It is only visible when you look carefully towards my fingers or when I am holding something like mobile it is shaking all the time its not stable at any moment. Please help me how can I recover from this problem. It has been more than a year since when it has started. It started around march 2020.

While sitting on a chair for hours, I get burning sensation. While standing, there is no problem. I am facing this problem since 5 months. The doctor advised to take these medicines but still there is no response. The Medicine are: Gobadin 300mg. I request you kindly advise me in this regard.

Hello doc, I felt one side and some times both sides headache and feeling lightheadedness. Feeling of fainting. Doctor said it could be migraine and suggested dicorate er 250 bedtime and naproxen sodium 500 s.o.s for a month. I used it but there's no change, he also told me that if symptoms not goes away we can go for ct brain. Am feeling same symptoms right now. I also have health anxiety problem. When I drink electrolytes some relief would be there. What's the problem am actually facing ??? Is anything danger that could happen to my brain?? What to do please help...

Recently my uncle had seizures and admitted in hospital without conscious for 3 days and then now he is alright... but still he has some memory issues... like he has confusions in timing, money related things... I have been experiencing a constant numbness in my right feet and left hand(sometimes) . 3 days ago i had some verbal fight with my family and I got very angry on that day that my heart rate went very high and bp too.
