Brain and Spine Problems

Repeats one thing multiple times in a day Sleeping issues (can't sleep since last three days) Continuously talking

-My wife is feeling numbness in her right hand from knee to finger tips. It happening for about 1 -1/2  years. -Occassionally it happens in day time and usually happens daily at bed time i.e. around 10.30 - 11 pm. -Some times.she feels some thing is crawling in hand below knee area to finger tips. -We have to rub Move, Iodex Vics or similar strong smell ointment and massage it and then she get sensation back. - Even on some.occassion despite sleeping pills and rubbing ointment she could not sleep whole night. -Also we throw a ice cold water on her face, then also she feels ok. -She some times feels dizziness also. -Since few days she is complaining of blur vision which she blaming to her mobile / TV watching What are these symptoms. Kindly guide

Yesterday when i was walking into the shop I walked into a glass door hitting my forehead no symptoms other than localised pain.

Can surgery possible or available for chronic migraine headache (forehead) in India? Fade up of taking medications.

I accidentally walked into a glassdoor 40 minutes ago and hit my forehead hard. I went to the emergency but told me to return if i have headache or vomiting and seizures Would you think i have concussion?
