Peri neural cyst
I have been diagnosed with a perineural cyst 1.6cm(16 mm) in S2 vertebrae.iam told surgery is also risk.will it be lead to degenarative problems in future.will i get a decent life span .can i be able to work. can i sit for hours on chair.

Please share MRI report.
Mostly cyst are , bening.
Tarlovs cyst mostly seen at that level.
If not very sever problem with it, we try to manage conservatively.
