Spine surgery S1-S2 cyst laminectomy
Hi I am male My age is 23 years. From last 4-5 year's i am facing problem in urination., Under urologist guidance , MRI is done and in my MRI there is tarlov cyst at S1-S2 level. And after discussing with many urologist and neurosurgeon Dr , , surgery was done in last year jan 2020 , spine laminectomy cyst decompression , same S1-S2 level. But after surgery i noticed , Absent of morning erection in my penis. And looseness in penis. And not able to poop proper . Before surgery , in morning after taking half litre water , i usually. Take only 10-20 minutes for bathroom pressure for bowel movements. But after surgery , in morning it takes 3-5 hr. Please help

These things can happen if there has been some trauma to S1,2 nerve roots. Get physical assessment done by a Neurologist.
