Tarlov cyst within sacral canal at s2-s3 level with extension into right first sacral neural foramina with neural compression. operation is the only cure? suggest me best doctor for the same. let me know risk involved in the operation.

Hello. Tarlov cysts also called as perineural cysts are a common pathology involving the spine. The decision to operate on these lesions is a bit controversial.Surgery is only advised if the symptoms and radiology show a high degree of concurrence else failure rates are high with significant risk of neurological problems after the surgery.
