Perineural cyst at right C7D1 spine
I had tingling in both hand fingers and both legs fingers, for that I got MRI done for brain as well as spine. Apart from some observation of cervical spine, My report also mention 6 mm size right perineural cyst noted at C7-D1 level. Please advice if it requires any treatment ? Is is cause of concern ? My report is attached for reference.

You may need evaluation. Mri report is not sufficient and medication needs prescription. Avoid pillow and neck jerks.

Observation for Perineural Cyst at present. It doesn’t require operative treatment as of now. You can take medical treatment as per advise of neuro specialist. If your symptoms doesn’t get relieve or aggregate over the period then repeat scan will be done at 6 month Your pattern of tingling suggest Gloves and Stocking distribution which is commonly seen in diabetics. Check your blood sugar levels. You can take multivitamin ( folate, B12 ) supplements too.
