The minimal nerve root compression at C4-5 may be causing your symptoms in the right arm and fingers (tingling in the ring and small fingers). These symptoms align with irritation of the nerves exiting the cervical spine. For sciatica pain dedicated MRI of lumbosacral spine is needed
