Restless legs syndrome and back pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Legs pain, numbness and cramps at night and early morning are causing insomnia. Getting strong impulse and pain at leg's fingers irregularly during daytime. What should be done to cure this. I am an IT professional and working 10 hours daily sitting in front of laptop.

It could be lot of things. Try to get some test like blood test for diabetes and thyroid vitamin B 12 levels. Emg ncv test. Rule out peripheral neuropathy
