  4. Headache frequency increased. Serious?

Headache frequency increased
Last 3 4 months headaches frequency had increased . Attached is the latest mri. And last mri post mengigitis treatement in 2010. Do i need to do contrast mri and is anything serious? Pls advise nxt corse of action
