Brain and Spine Problems

From a few days my father is feeling some kind of pain and twinging in his foot... He feels no sense or mild sense on touching or pressing his feet. It may occur due to the lack of blood circulation so I want some suggestions from specialists from doctors

I've been suffering from this Ailment quite long ago yet i thought would go away on its own , but now it's bothering me  frequently. Could it be stress issues ??...or any kind of deficiency of vitamins ??

Hi I am suffering from severe pressure in head, inside ears and behind eyes for last three months. My right ear rings and feels clogged. I was infected by covid like symptoms 3 months ago but tested negative in rtpcr. After that one day I made fast head movements to relieve stiffness in my head and neck, felt sudden severe shock with heat at left side on back of my head and resulted in mild unconsciousness and vomiting. I consulted with neuro and got mri done but no abnormalities found except mucosal thickening of sinuses due to flu. I got tested my eyes and found +0.5 cylinderical power in left eye and +0.25 in right eye. Now it is more than three months, I have continuous pressure around head, ears and behind eyes. My hb1ac, PBS, d dimer, electrolytes, CBC tests, all were normal except vitamin b12 was 187 and random blood sugar 210 and triglycerides 310. I have also done mri contrast, mri cerebral and neck but nil abnormalities. which doctor should I consulted now?

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis and I have multiple slip disc plus migraine too. Will it be ok if I take covid vaccine

Hello Doctor, suddenly out of nowhere, i got this numbness on both arms including hands and it stayed for good 3-4 hours eventually resolving on its own individually by an hour apart. What does this signify?? This has happened first time with me and i was just sitting Normally on chair until i felt something wrong and stood up to only feel whole arm numbness.

I was  felt pain in my chest before 6 months ago , then i feel pain left hand also after that i feel pain in  left side body from abdominal to neck , some time i feel pain in chest , some time feel in left shoulder, some time left shoulder blade , some time pain feel in neck , some time feel in left hand , i feel headache i feel tingling sensation in head and left side body, i feel nausea, vertigo also , some time i feel shortness of breath and Anxiety I have done all laboratory check up , 1. ECG, Echo, TMT 2. Ct scan of abdominal 3. Ct scan of chest 4. Usg of abdominal 5. Mri of spine 6 Mri of Brain And done all other blood tests All tests reports are normally only some diffuse disc bulge in c4 c5 c6 c7. In spine MRI i am taking physiotherapy but i am not feel good i am very frustrated Please suggest what I should do thanks
