Brain and Spine Problems

Hi. I have frequent dizziness problem which occurs after little workout or even a walk. All heart and brain related tests including MRIare normal. My B12 was 228 in 2019 and I took injection shots but symptoms reppeared after few months. In June 2021, again the B12 levels dropped to 137. How do we differentiate whether this dizzoness is caused due to anxiety and stress or due to B12 deficiency and absorption issue. Please help

I have been suffering from headache from lots of days. There are some points where it hurts like back of head and some others places.

Hi, My father 62 aged old have sweating on right side of his body from top to bottom, But dry in left side for past 5 years, He have  bp, Also no habit of alcohol, smoke etc. What is the reason ?

I am experiencing pain in cervical spine sometimes it spread in head and sometimes to the lumbar spine, I also feel sensations in my both legs and head and feel like there is no energy left in my hands and legs, when it goes to the head it turns into severe throbbing kind of pain.

Hie,I have pins and needles sensation pain sometimes travelling through body.it just last for few seconds. I recently started having muscle twitches throughout my body and hot sensations in the legs.My Nct,Mri is normal.No autoimmune disease as well.I just read abt small nerve fiber neuropathy,is it because of that.

From last 3 months My hands and legs started shaking slightly taken Ayurvedic medicines but not recovered, please suggest me for the reason.

I am enrolled with the job of transcription which requires use of headphones for 9 hours daily minimum and which cause me pain several times in ear canal and sometimes from ear to head and on non use of headphones for prolonged time I am not feeling any pain in a normal use of 1-2 hours. So what am I supposed to do can you please suggest that prolonged use of headphones can cause trouble and can affect ears and brain in future ??

Dear Sir/madam one month before I had pain in my lower back( kamar dard) as I fell down on the ground due to which my muscular mass got strained. But after taking medicine I got relieved. Now at back neck I am feeling pain. Due to this sometime I feel restive . Why is this problem started? Am I got any severe disease? Please reply
