Nerve slowdown

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I dont feel urge to urine or sometimes feel a very little sensation from last few days.I dont feel the urge through the entire perineum area.It is happening from last 2-3 months but it usually comes and goes.Now again it comes.I am having anxiety related issue from 8 monts.Is it just anxiety again or something else.I have no pain and no injuries

It is possible to be anxiety or phobias. Need more information about the condition. With no trauma or back pain unless it's urological issue. It it doesn't improve get tested by bladder scan or CT scan pelvis. Consult a specialist
