Brain and Spine Problems

I have too many symptoms i.e. anxiety, overthinking, sometimes shortness of breath, poor balance, can't stand on legs too long( if i try to do so headache and balance problem starts with tremors), body disbalance, sometimes headache, too much burping etc. Also whole day googling symptoms.

My brother Sarowar age 24 is suffering from meningioma. We are concern about his surgery. There are a lot of people who only care about money so they don't clear his problem to us properly and don't even clear that after surgery what will happen to him. So if you say something about his problem we will thankful to you whole life.

I was having insomnia problem since last three months, now my insomnia has been cured but I am having trouble concentrating and remembering things. What should I do?
