Moyamoya treatment with out surgery
My mother had TIA last year in March and May 2020.. post that she is on Clopivas AP 75 and Atorlip 10 and Calten D. She was further diagnosed with Moya moya disease last year as per her CT Angiogram of intra vascular cells. However, the CT Angiogram of Arch of Aorta doesn't show any such symptoms. She seems good now and is active physically and mentally in day to day work... Her lipid profile, BP, sugar, thyroid, CBC, urea and creatine all are in normal range. We donot want to go for any surgery.. need suggestions on the treatment.. please help..
