Right occipital part pain
Right occipital part of head is paining for few seconds whenever I am sitting for long and standing and walking this pain is sharp pain amd goes after few seconds. Today in the morning area behind the right eye were aslo paining with pain in right occipital part when walking

Likely occipital neuralgia which can sometimes radiate around eyes. Try nsaids like ibuprofen or naprosyn. Other medicines like anticonvulsant are often used as well. Correct your posture.
