Brain and Spine Problems

My hands are shaking all the time. It is only visible when you look carefully towards my fingers or when I am holding something like mobile it is shaking all the time its not stable at any moment. Please help me how can I recover from this problem.

Hi doctor, I am a student of class 12 preparing for IIT. From few months I have been facing a problem of forgetting things very easily. I can remember things for short-term but It's  very difficult for me to remember things for long term. I am facing a lot of problems because of this. That's why I have been searching for the answer to this problem but till date I have not found anything which could really help me out. Even, 3 months ago I consulted with a psychiatrist but his medicine was not suitable for me. There was shivering in my limbs after the consumption of the medicine. Even I have tried many exercises but nothing help me in the long run. I try different methods of remembering things like visualization or linking the information with some of the event, etc.But it's very difficult to do it  everytime.so,Please help me doctor I shall be really grateful to you if I could get out of this situation. I am sharing my report of consultation with psychiatrist,please have a look at it.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have been suffering from neuropathy since last year due to slipped disc, now I am kind of again having those symptoms of neuropathy again. Now I am having tingling sensation in feet. I am taking pregabalin 50 mg two times a day as advised by my doctor. Can pregabalin 50 mg medicine help in this tingling sensation that I am again having in my feet? Please do let me know. Kind Regards.

Hello sir/madam I'm Manoj from past 1 year I'm suffering from headeach it's like if I listen to any sounds I'll get headeach and I can see the light but it feels unrelaxed always mood will be like disturbed and in the middle of people I feel like I gone somewhere and can't concentrate on anything,forgetiveness I took aspirin tablets and other migraine tablets not working CT scan shows normal but this headeach not leaving me to do anything it feels like worst. I want to live and move on please any one of doctor help me or suggest me a good tablet or way to get well please..

Whenever I urinate my brain starts tingling with ants and it quickly stops after few minutes Is this normal?

My head feels tight and heaviness is there. I have pain in left side ,right side and back side pain.My neck hurts too. I have done mri 2 years ago but it was normal.

After covid I am facing sleeping issue I just can't sleep my mind is not at rest whenever I want to sleep, whenever I fall sleep I wake up in the middle of the night it feels like I stopped breathing and after that I couldn't sleep. I do snore sometimes and it has been more than a week since I slept properly for 6-7 hours. Previously I could take afternoon nap but now its just becoming so difficult for me to sleep is this a neuro issue or should I consult an ent, and also I have thyroid for which I am taking some ayurvedic medicines. Please suggest me what to do?

I feel numbness or weird feelings in my knee its really very uncomfortable and unsettling its mild weird pain
