Hello doctor sharing my mother in law MRI reports two months back she suffered a stroke .. we are worried about her Stroke and blood pressure .. shall v go for operation for the removal of clot pls suggest attaching her reports

MR Angiogram is suggestive of severe stenosis of MCA and ICA. With evidence of stroke. With limited information and no information on patients symptoms. It appears that patients may benefit from the procedure however it is associated with complications of repurfusion injury and other. Consult with interventional neurologist or neuro surgeon.
