Hello doctor sharing my mother in law report she gone through paralytic attack 3 months back .. Pls suggest what is there in her MRI SCAN

As per your report, right side of middle cerebral artery and internal carotid artery are narrowed which poses risk of stroke in future. For this you start antiplatelets after consultation neurologist. And cerebral DSA SHOULD be done to look for need of stenting in narrowed vessel
