Giddiness and fall like

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am suffering from giddiness and sudden vertigo like attack inside brain upon closing my eyes , on laying down its even more worse, this happens in sync with breathing in and out with closed eyes. Everything seems fine if i open eyes.
