Cramping arms while sleeping
Since 1 month, I have been experiencing cramping sensation on left arm mainly, while sleeping.

Yes it needs to be evaluated promptly for nerve compression or entrapment. Blood test like diabetes and thyroid etc. See your doctor for complete check up.
