Severe headache
Hello doctor,
I have a severe headache from last five years I have consulted many doctors and they talk about meditation and all stuff but I feel like it's something else because during my headache I frequently hear some sparkling sounds, it occurs twice or thrice a week and stays for 20 to 25 hours.
Please suggest any solution for this problem because everyday is getting worst.

You have these prolonged headache s that last for long hours and for multiple times in a month. With your age group it's likely a migraine. It's wise to get the right treatment for migraine. Auditory hallucinations are not common with migraine unless you have underlying psychotic disease. Visual aura and scotomas are often seen in migraine patients. And then there are of course migraine s with no aura. Consult a specialist
