Brain and Spine Problems

Severe nerve pain occurs in right leg from hip bone to the knees. Previous case history is that 3 time injury occured on the right leg, first one in 1980's, 2nd one in 2003 & 3rd one in 2010 and now nerve pain occurs every now & then which is relives after taking pain reliever.

Got 2nd fits attack at home. Already under medication. Please advise what can be done. Fir Dr Gautam Arora.

I am 45 male. Hba1c  5.3. Serum creatine 1.1. Worried about serum creatine. Any risk regarding serum creatine? 15 days back it is 1.0, now 1.1.

Hello Doctors, My father had chikungunya and was admitted in hospital for around 15 days. Later doctors diagonsed that he is having encephalitis due to chikungunya and later he was unable to walk properly balancing problems. He had numbness in his legs. When we discussed to Neuro surgeon he told he is having GBS or CIDP. After that IVIG course and steroids shots was given to him 2 months back. Now from some days some times he is having cramps and muscle stiffness for very short durations like 1-2 mins. Is it a sign of recovery or what because when we consult doc he told it's a sign of recovery. And in last 2 months his condition is improved after IVIG and booster shots from bed he is now able to walk with the help of Walker. Need to know whether these cramps and muscle stiffness are recovery signs or not. Regards, Gautam

I am having headache since 3Years. Symptoms: Experience of headache every part of head Pressure in head Tightness in head Irritation in head Heaviness in head Nausea like feeling I have done mri, ct scan ecg etc.Everything came out to be normal. I have taken following medicine during my headache duration since 3 years. Sertaline100mg Escitalopolam oxalate 10mg Aripiprazole 2mg Mirtazapine 15mg Desvenlafaxine 50mg Sodium valproarate 333mg + valproic acid 145mg Clonazepam 0.5mg Flouxetine 40mg Nortriptyline 25mg Paracetamol 650mg Naproxen 500mg Vortioxetine 20mg Zolpidem 10mg Duloxetine 30mg Alprazolam 0.25 mg Thiocolchicoside 4mg Chlorzoxazone 250mg Tramadol 37.5mg Etc No medicine has reduced my headache I do daily meditation for 10 min but no improvement.

Could you please help me quit smoking. 20 cigarettes per day It's almost more than 5 years. Tried many times but falied due to lack of knowledge. This time i have a strong will to quit. Need some guidance. Could you help. Ready to pay fees if required.

My head directly hit the floor. There is no pain, bruises and no bleeding. I am good. But, is there possibility that it could effect brain internally like internal injuries. I m worried

While working I lifted a heavy weight with wrong posture and suddenly, i feel sharp pain on my lower back and next time i couldn't lift anything. I started feeling sharp pain like shock whenever i try to lift anything.

It was two months back I got hit at the right side of my head from a door which was closed forcefully by my kid. I was having localized pain for a week accompanied by pain that I couldn't tie a ponytail or comb my hair. It was manageable after a week and  I started doing yoga after which I noticed sudden neck stiffness, dizziness., took muscle relaxants for 4 days which gave temporary relief so went for massage therapy and felt much better. Was using a rolled thin blanket below neck and head for sleeping. Just 1 day back I went out riding a bike wearing a helmet and also used a normal pillow for sleeping, don't know the trigger which aggrevated the pain, Again I'm experiencing severe neck stiffness, pain behind ears, tingling sensation at corner of left eye which gets blurry occasionally, Dizziness when I get up. Don't know whom to consult and suffering without a solution for more than a month.
