Brain and Spine Problems

I was 23 age .left eye water and left headache, some of left ear pain.what is problem of my pain.my pain was started when got  COVID 19.

I did MRI plain for my dizzy spells that last for 5 secs when bending forward while standing, slight off balance feel sometime. MRI plain was normal . Doctors told it may be bppv. Its for over 3 months I am facing this. Is MRI plain is as worth as MRI contarst? Dr did not want me to go for contrast MRI un less if there is a finding in MRI plain. So is MRI plain alone good?

My father 65 has been having this persistent headache and bloating past 3 days plus head spinning. For gas formation, he has been taking general OTC medicine but doesnot help. I have put a cervical belt on neck but it doesnot help either. I am taking him for Ultrasonography Doppler neck vessel as per a gp recommendation. Should I get other tests done today before consulting a good neuro tomorrow as today is Sunday ? Is it about migrane ? Or cervical or vertigo ? Any X rays or MRI that can be done Regards

Headache since month and the CT scan is normal but this headache come almost every day and sometimes through out day Have hypertension and taking the medicine since month and it's with in range Need assistance
