Brain and Spine Problems

Hi sir I feel like internal vibration in head just like heart beat and it is more when I am sleeping facing head ground to the floor . And I don't know what is causing this I am having severe issues with this while sleeping and after that upper body shaking starts . I am having neck stiffness too . Does any one help me what i am facing and why this disturbances . Currently using toliperate d and pregabid 75 Thanks Dileep

I m experiencing pins and needle like pain in different areas on my head the pain is severe and uncomfortable...I also experience inner body tremors, vibration and severe muscle twitching throughout my body my head ache is very severe and painful..why this is happening?

Sir/Madam Please help me as I m facing lots of problem as my left side back from head to leg is paining for several years. I have gone to lots of Doctors but no result at all. Some part of my body pain when I touch also and it is like some kind of round shape like marble.. it fell pain when touch.. I have done massage also and they say it's a bad blood which has become like that

Patient was fine & active, taking medicine regularly and was like pre stroke stage. But from last two days I can see changes in her voice. But She is telling it's becz of cold. My brother is 34 years old who has been suffering from severe back pain for a few days, so what is the cure for that?  I send with MRI report, request for advice.

Doctor, I'm 14 years old. I had dizziness. For this, my doctor prescribed Propranolol Hydrochloride 10 mg twice a day along with some other medicine. After taking Propranolol Hydrochloride for near about 18-20 days, I noticed that i forgotten some of the thing (including some of the world of my native and English language). I already stopped to take the medicine. Will the lose memory come back or is the memory loss permanent? Will the medication cause further damage? Please help, doctor.

My uncle aged 70 plus is suffering from loss of balance during walking, pain in the lower back while sitting, loss of memory, sleeplessness often waking up in the middle of the night and staying up till morning. This is happening for the past one year. MRI done which showed fluid in brain, we consulted a neurologist about this but the doctor advised us to go with physiotherapy instead of tapping out the excess fluid. Physiotherapy on balance and GAIT done but without any positive results Please help How should we now handle the matter ???
