Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I was eating an pineapple today it was hard and I was eating it very fast and during that time my face and head was vibrating because I was eating very fast as that piece of pineapple was very hard will it affect head and face like this as I was in a hurry to catch train. Pls answer urgently. Why does our skull and face vibrate when we eat something fast is it normal.

I am Chennai, my wife has pain at the breast area, shoulder, and back for 3 years consulted all professionals but no reason could be found. All tests as recommended by the doctors are normal but still the pain is existing. When the pain occurs her chest area, shoulder and neck becomes tight and she feels uneasy to breath and other associated problems. All x-rays, mammogram, mri neck are all normal. Kindly someone suggest me to find a doctor who can find the root cause and give a solution. She goes to physiotherapy for relief of pain but there has been no solution.

I see slight knee pain. Usually fold my legs and sit for work. But I do take some time to stretch out. Can I get any remedy to get rid of it.

I occasionally have migranes, sometimes with aura and sometimes without. Is there anything that can be done for the dizziness and headaches? I haven't sought treatment as the migraines don't happen too often, but when they do it can be very difficult to carry out daily activities.

I was a corad 5 with pneumonia in lungs and was recovered in last August 2021. Since then my health is not like before. I have weakness in my body and get tired with simple tasks. I still have chest pain.. got my ecg and 2d echo done n it's normal. My symptoms are shaking of my hands if you keenly observe and is evident while doing some tasks, head also tics or twitches or shakes (can't describe), on and off headache at the back of my eye brows, terrible nausea, at times my left or right ankle, left or right hand (while I wake up from sleep early morning and try to get some more sleep) or fingers twitch along my pulse (while I'm awake, working). I have these sounds in my neck throat while walking or taking stairs.. since, two days I'm having upper back back ache too. Eyes feel sore and painful wen I wake up and I feel heavy eyes with my vision blurred.. Thank God, I'm alive. I just don't know to reach out to which doctor for my symptoms. Please suggest and help 🙏

I am using Rozat CV 10/75 for 10 days.also I have been using dynaglipt M 500/20 and olmesafe 40 for 2years.is it safe to use Rozat CV.please suggest me .I have heard blood thinner is used to prevent the stroke and heart attack'bt it is also the cause of stroke. can it weak the blood vessels? please suggest sir .

My father because of lithium toxicity got cerebral ataxia. Because of this he is not able to coordinate his steps, difficulty in balancing. Is there a treatment for this?

In 2020(I guess around April),I was asleep & suddenly thought something went inside my left ear(like an insect)& I started hearing a buzzing sound from within.It lasted for a day or two when I was hearing this buzzing sound frequently.Since then,I daily hear a hammering like sound from my ear(for 1 sec),even if I do some activity or no,(Sometimes from left,Sometimes right).Since last 4-5 months, I have started getting this issue in my eyes where at the first few days,I used to feel as if my baby hair is going inside my eye,later on,I understood that it is happening from within,it feels as if somebody pokes a needle on my eye,sometimes it feels ticklish,this also happens in the left eye mostly.Now since 8th Jan,Whenever I move my head/neck to the left,there is a sound (like bone cracking) from the back of my head (left bottom).I never got headaches earlier, but now I am experiencing it since Dec 21.I'M INTO IT & MY WORK PRESSURE HAS DOUBLED SINCE DEC. CAN SOMEBODY PLS HELP ME?
