Brain and Spine Problems

I have severe headache primarily in back of head. Feel light headed ness while walking. Consulted ENT and Ophthalmologist. Both said ear and eye is good. What I should do? Brain MRI - september is normal with mucousal polyp in right sinus and neck&wss- disc dessication at multiple levels, c5-c6 disc bulge, c4-c5 ligament thickening, L5-S1 diffuse disc bulge. Am getting headache at back severely every single day. And one of the trigger I have identified is headbath. How can I relieve myself? Is it symptoms of stroke?

I have undergone open heart surgery on 2009 facing left hand pain ,left shoulder and neck ,leg during night in winter what is the reason

One day I was doing forward and backward head movement and some leg exercise at night. In morning 2 times dizziness occur..2 one is more dizzy.After that imbalance problem starts. When I sit on bed with leg folded.. After 10 minutes I experience imbalanced. It feels like I fell down either in right or in left. But after sleeping some time it goes again scene continues. I consulted Ent doctors. He suggest medicine flutigo plus after ear typanometer test which is calcium channel blocker medicine and suggested some exercises. But things will not workout.. Same sitting problem continues. After that I consulted a neurologist.. He suggested for cervical mri scan.. After mri scan It show diffuse disc bulge is present at c4-5 c5-6 and c6-7. He suggested medicine but it will again not workout in my case. Kindly suggest me what I should do to resolve this problem.

The patient has really severe headache for the past 24 hours. He had bumped his forehead really hard on the 24th of December, after which he used a cold compress for some time and it did not develop a swelling. But the headache now is at the exact same spot and a bit diffused. Could it be because of a clot? And would it be advisable to do self-medication for the pain and clot or should we consult a doctor in person?

Sir, I am feeling blunt in both thighs when I am weak up in midnight, it distrub my sleep I think ,when I change my legs  position they goes off in a few seconds ,in day time feeling numbness in legs and hands when sitting in certain position ,getting relief when I change my position I am feeling these symptoms more recently please tell me solution.

Hi, I'm facing server headache in partial head. This is happening from past 6,7 months. It hurts more while talking or moving my head. Is this normal headache or migraine, I don't have any idea. Please suggest me what should I do. It's unbearable.
