Sleeping problem
I am not getting sleep on time facing problem sleeping disorder since 4 month cause of it increases dark circles also on my face.

Practice healthy sleep habits. Regular exercises, walking, following regular time for sleep, avoiding caffeine, avoiding phone or bright screen after 7pm etc etc will help. Take advice from a doctor and follow these, it will help. If persistent and still bothering, consult a doctor physically to examine you.
