observation
small acute parenchymal hemorrhage measuring 12×10 mm with minimal perilesional edema seen in the lentiform necleus.
ventricles are normal
no focal mass lesion.No evidence of abnormal calcification
no midline shift
cerebellar hemispheres are normal
brainstem ia normal

There is a small bleed in the left side of the brain. She will hand weakness in the right hand and leg.
She will require close observation and treatment. If BP is high it has to be controlled. If she is stable for few days , physiotherapy had to be started.
