Feels like tremors
Hi I'm 41. I have no history of diabetes or bp. My health is pretty normal. I take a betablocker mild dose for tachycardia in the morning. My blood efforts recently were normal. Slightly high cholesterol and hba1c at 6.1. All else is fine. I have this weird feeling of the earth/bed shaking on some days right before I go to sleep or am tired. It's like there's an earth quake happening when I close my eyes. It lasts for a few minutes and goes off. This does not happen everyday but some days. My body does not shake. I don't feel any tremors in my body. I just feel like the bed is vibrating. When I open my eyes and check it slows down and disappears. I'm not sure how to explain this. I do have a lot of stress at home and I'm not sure, but it feels like my brain is making me feel the vibration. Any thoughts on this. I'm a Lil worried about this as yesterday this happened more than once. Please advice.

It may be due to psychological stress, don’t focus too much on it, try to do relax exercises, yoga, destress. Still if it persists get a consultation to properly diagnose and treat it
