Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor, I have Mild disc bulge at C5-C6 and I think my nerve is compressed . I took homeopathic treatment for 3 months after that my cervical back headache and neck pain symptoms are cured almost . But right now when am going for walk I feel like am getting fall ( some kind of dizziness ) doctor said it is because of vitamin b12 deficiency so my question does vitamin b12 deficiency cause trouble in walking or it is because of still my one of the nerve is getting pinch?

I went for blood test for CBC Report , he took blood from my right hand and after few seconds later I got sharp pain in left hand followed by erythematous papules , burning sensation on arms .  What could be the Reason ?

I recently started cycling 2 weeks ago. I have never cycled in my life. Been feeling a lot tired and light-headed. 2 days ago my hands and feets been trembling in rest and when a carry a little weight. There has been no effect on handwriting or walking. So the tremor is mild but not yet subsiding. I from before also have a bouts of insomnia, anxiety, depression and OCD. Is the tremor because of the stress of excercise and anxiety or do I have something major like Parkinson's or MS?

All the time I feel like I'm confused, I have mood swings, I find it hard to concentrate and stay focused Is improving concentration possible through medication...I have migraine issue also

My toddler 2 years old. Very week. 12 kg weight while in one year his weight was 10 kg. Not gaining proper weight. Apart of this. My baby head in backside keeps warm like something heating consistently. While frond head is cool even in ac . And his behaviour is not good. He is fidgety obstinate most of time. If he wants something and not given then he hit self hit forehead on floor. So I am worried that it's due to warm head that cause impulsivity and not able to stable him. It feels like he is in search of something every time. Bechaini like. In night time due to hot head I thing he took time in sleeping it takes 1-1:30 hour to make him sleep. I belong to small town and i can't move to see for costly treatment. I am worry that his head hotness cause him imbalance in daily life. What could be reason if all factors are normal. My doctor prescribed antidepressants for tension headache. Should I take them as I don’t have any depression, only headache?

My daughter has partial seizure and dr told me medicine will take for 3 year because she had chamki fever. After 6 month take this medicine (eptoin) Now my baby has nothing she is playing good, speak fluently. But i have worried only one thing she is very weak, weight less ,her weight is only 8.8kg (2 yr2 month old) So plz help me what can i do for my daughter...
