Brain and Spine Problems

Brain feels little itchy , anxiety , laziness , trust issues , is there any medicine you can suggest for mild encephalitis

I had gone through C-Section surgery one week before. After the surgery I was having severe headache at the time of getting up from the bed. In the hospital the anesthesia doctor suggested following medicine 1. Dexona 2. Doloper 3. Deriphyllin And suggested to lay back on bed for 20 hours and to consume more fluid and coffe. Now it has been one week but still my symptoms are not subsided yet. Also sometimes I feel that some is fluid is moving up and down. Please help me here.

Should I undergo MRI brain I had MRI full back spine in 2021 for upper back pain it came out normal Also have swelling near ankle foot no pain No sleep Had history of 3 head ct unecessary (2017,2018 Jan 2) Hrct chest 2020 (ruling out covid but no covid) Chest X-rays 3 for medical screening for other countries I use phone a lot do I get tumour or have and can I take MRI again after these many past scanning s is it harmful?

Im asking this for my brother (26 years old), he is having continuous tension type headache in front and sometimes in the right back side of the head from the past 3-4 days, also he is complaining that his eyes feels heavy, he is quite stressed from last 20 - 25 days regarding his job, his BP was 115/51(measured through digital machine) in the morning. I am very concerned about him,i wanted to ask: 1. If this is from stress 2. Whom should i consult? GP or Neurologist? 3. Please Suggest some tests which need to be done. Answer will be highly appreciated Thanks

The area under my lower lip is twitching after intervals (in and out) since yesterday night. I don't know if its a nerve or a muscle. What can be the cause and what can I do to stop it?

From a week when i wake up i have very slight pain in top of head which increases continuously and gets peak at night and also radiates to back of the head. What would be reason? Kindly please help me.

I am facing severe headache twice or thrice a week. Sometimes it started morning when waking and last for few hours. Or sometimes random time it starts and last for few hours. Initially it starts in both the forehead and back of head then after sometime the pains shifts to only one side(left) from  front to back and pain in shoulder too. And then the pain goes off. I am not to take pain killers and waits till the pain goes by itself. This is happening now frequently and worried if this could be serious issue.

I have frequent migrain attacks , can i take the Rizact 10mg once in 15 days..are there any side effects if i take onece in 15 days.
