Brain and Spine Problems

Balance disorder goes on , concentration problem, sometimes i cannt catch running words. Eye sight increases (cylindrical lens) Ent dr prescribes vertin 8 mg thrice for 15 days a day. He said ear is ok.Mild improvement in balance disorder but all the symptoms go on. Mri without contrast done. Result normal. Cannt understand what to do. Should i opt for contrast mr? Please dr help me out

Whenever I apply oil or conditener on scalp it give pain. So i stopped using it now my scalp feels like tingling all time please tell how to treat it. I am just 21 yr old

Not waking up with any excitement. Not excited to do anything. Always thinking something. Late night thoughts. Feels like there's no more fun in life. Done mri brain without contrast for all day long dizziness. It found nothing. Some said brain tumor or lesion best detected in mri with contrast. Can i go for that ? Can mri without contrast miss possible lesion?

Patient had accident and after femur fracture surgery there was abscess below knee and above ankle and after 6 months common peroneal nerve was blocked. So please advise surgeon and it's costing

My father got 2 strokes. In 2020 he got a stroke in  PCA territory and in 2022 he got a lacunar infarction in MCA territory. Both the time he went through CT Scan only. Could you please clarify if it is better for him to go for MRI along with MRA ? What extra information we can get from MRI and MRA ? Does MRA give information whether there is any blockage in carotid artery which was causing the stroke ? Please share some knowledge . As MRI and MRA is costly as compared to CT scan it is very difficult to go for that until we get convinced.
