Brain and Spine Problems

Who can perform an Epidural blood patching if someone is going through spinal Headache,Post-Op... ..

On last Saturday early morning she was not able to get up from bed & hardly spoke. We moved her to a hospital where we found out about the stroke. her bp & sugar level spiked despite she didn't had any of it before. Now she is speaking, walking & having food. Some doctors are saying that she will be okey with medicines & some are saying she needs an angiogram so it's very confusing. Please suggest what to do. Regards S Jena

I am short of words when i start to write this and i am very much emotionally disappointed since my sister case is not taken by the doctor seriously so thought of taking a advice from the group of doctor , after God every human opens up to doctor frankly because they are very empathetic but it was not in the case of my sister, last year she got her surgery done for meningioma , its been only 1 year now post surgery again she started having headache, it increased day by day , when surgery was done doctor told we have completely removed the meningioma from the root and there is no chance of this getting and growing again , now when we took the MRI we see again that is grown in one year initially it was in one side of the brain now it is both the side, she is crying since last 10 days no relief in pain , when we went to consult the same doctor even after seeing the report he ignored and said its ok it will slower grow no worries no solution no medicine humble request please help

Hello Doctor, my  80 years old mother was having itching in both his hands and gradually it was covering her whole body. I took him to  most rated Neurologist on Practo and he prescribed Mygaba NT(100). Doctor was also keeping medicines at his clinic so I bought it from there only. However, my mother was feeling too much sleepy and dizziness and constipated for 2 days since I gave her medicine. However, i found that I have been given medicine of 400 mg dose. I asked same from the Doctor whether I should purchase medicine in 100 mg dose as prescribed by him. But he didn't reply. I am going to give him same medicine in 100g dose. Hope there will be no measure adverse reactions of this high dose taken for 2 days. Please advise.

When I don't sleep properly or have less sleep or I try not to sleep due to work. I feel pain in my legs feels like rest less legs and pain. This has now increased acc to me.. Sir /ma'am My father aged 70, patient of diabetes and Mysthenia gravis since 7 yrs is diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma of mouth. He is advised for surgery. Can he go with surgery as Mysthenia gravis he has symptoms of ptosis. Which type of anesthesia to take and will it be risk?
