Brain and Spine Problems

I had two mri of brain...the first one was on January and the second one was just before a week..both were normal... should I need to do mri with contrast of brain I have severe migraine one side pain... please help...is contrast needed?

From past 3months I am experiencing tingling and numbness in the legs and hands some days I am free from this symptoms some days are irritating especially tingling in hands I have checked my b12 levels and I went to the MD doctor he said sometime even though if u have b12 in normal range body sometimes can't use this properly and he has given b12 injections for weely once pls tell me is it true if it's true how many days took for recovery pls tell me or I am having any other disease I am attaching my b12 report here

Whenever I talk with anyone I take lots of time to imagine what they are saying So i can't even communicate with anyone Since childhood can medicine help to be sharp?

MY 23 YRS BROTHER IS DIAGNOSED 3 WKS BACK WITH TB MENINGITIS. HE HAS IMPROVED THAN BEFORE AND NOW HE IS ON STEROIDS, AND TB MEDICINES ORALLY... BUT STILL HE DO HAVE LOW GRADE FEVER 100 TO 102 SOS 103.. WITH MILD HEADACHE. I WANT TO ASK IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE SUCH SYMPTOMS DURING TREATMENT??

Numbness in right side of body. CT SCAN scan says small 6*4 mm sized calcification focus is seen on the left side of medulla .Mild celebrate atrophy. Also MRI report is attached for ref What does this mean?

There were some domestic topics and heated argument. Since 1 year i am facing this. I get nervous, scared of smallest of the things. During argument my heart rate increases and my legs tremble.
