Brain and Spine Problems

I fumble in public sometimes. I like being alone. Is it due to epilepsy? Is it mandtory to continue the medicine for lifetime. Is epilepsy connected to my forgetfulness

He has been suffering form mental fits for a long time some days ago he fell down on the floor & went to hospital did ct scan there was wound in the brain but surgeon said no bleeding its normal but now a days he is unable to go toilet he cant sit in toilet alone we support him cant get up even cant sit feels like going down . can't eat & can't make a fist also ... Plzzz do help me ... Is it low of sodium condition & any other what should I do?

I had multiple blows on my head due to a fight which lead to bump on my forehead . Its been 40 days but the bump is still there and i feel heaviness and headache all over my head all day . At first i thought it would go away in few weeks but its still there . Can anyone tell me what should i do ?

It has been 2 years since 2020 My whole body always pain Nerve weakness feel weakness in brain.feel Mild numbness and more pain in body My body can't make that much of force as much as my body can make force Feel very weak to hold something Become tired after few minutes of hard work and short distance moving or running I consume much more healthy oily food with rich of good cholesterol and protein powder Ayurvedic tablet etc even after all of these as result My muscles not growing I am looking thin and weak no pack of muscle on chest If I study something an any kind of event then I can remember little bit of book and any event Low memorizing power I feel something bad in my brain as I have something intoxication and feel fatigue
